We took our perfectly balanced original sauce and added dried Thai chiles to the recipe to create a spicy but balanced sauce for you heat lovers. The best of both worlds! The Thai chiles give it an earthy heat that plays well with the balanced tang. Our sauces are locally sourced, small-batch, and made in Portland, OR.
